"The Fightin' 79th" CD-ROM Updates

Again I must state how, just as I start to think the well has run dry on new material to include on the CD, more magically appears! I just received several photographs of items that were just donated to The Sywell Aviation Museum that are all related to the 79th Fighter Squadron. All told there are six operations boards showing the missions and victories of each pilot, items that belonged to Capt. Thomas Daniel and a large number of photographs. I can't thank Ben Brown enough for going to such lengths to get take photos of all these artifacts.

I have also been in contact with the families of both Capt. Donald Reihmer and Capt. Ernest Fiebelkorn and both are going through what they have to see if there is anything they would like to submit for inclusion. The Reihmers have graciously given me permission to reprint items that the Capt. wrote so his virtual gallery is already grown double in size.

There is much more that I will include in the regular Monday update, but for now I have alot of new pages to create...
