"The Fightin' 79th" CD-ROM Updates

Had an outstanding day today, have made contact with the families of Drexel Crites , Richard Gatterdam and Joseph Gubana, and all were very friendly and willing to share what they knew. I also found a great amount of information to include in the profiles of Gatterdam, Harold Horst and John C. Festersen.

Earlier this week I was in contact with researchers from the area where John Taylor grew up and hope that will become a fruitful connection. I also spoke with the committee in charge of the Korean War Memorial which Gubana's name appears on and hope to be including photos of said monument on the CD.

For those of you who haven't noticed I have also become an affliate with Rare Aviation.com, a company run by Steve Rhode that is restoring and preserving combat gun camera footage for future generations. Be sure and check the site out and remember, any sales made through this site will go towards helping to get this CD manufactured.
